Once we have received your request form, we will notify you with a confirmation email that we have received your request. No confirmation email will be sent at this time for orders mailed or faxed using the order form. Once sent, please allow up to 2 business days for us to contact you through phone or email for a price quote of the products you want as indicated when you fill out the Request for Quote Form. (*note: we will not, at this time, ask for any of your credit card or billing information) The Request for Quote Form is simply for us to get your contact information and products you are interested in purchasing from us. Once we have replied to you with a price quote, you may choose to accept or decline our price offer. If accepted, we will send you an invoice of your order through email. Then, you have 2 options for payment. Payment Methods:
Shipping Information We ship all products via UPS Ground or Canada Post. All shipments will require receiver's signature. . Other shipping methods are available upon request, but additional fees will be charged towards your order. Tracking number for all UPS shipment will be sent to you through email when order is shipped.
